At Curate Collections, we strive to ensure your experience is quick from purchase to delivery. Below is our updated returns and refund policy for your peace of mind.
1. Return Eligibility
You may request a return for the following reasons:

Faulty or Damaged Products: If your item is defective or damaged upon delivery, contact us within 7 calendar days to request a return or replacement.

Incorrect Item Received: If the product delivered does not match your order, notify us within 7 days of receiving it so we can resolve the issue.

Change of Mind: Returns due to change of mind may be considered within 7 days of delivery, provided the item is:

Unused and unopened

In its original packaging with all accessories and documentation

Free of any signs of use or wear
A restocking fee of up to 15% may apply. We reserve the right to decline return requests beyond 7 days or if the product is no longer in original, resalable condition.

2. How to Request a Return
To initiate a return, please email customerservice@curatecollections.com with the following:

Photos of the product (if damaged, incorrect, or defective)

Our team will review and respond with next steps, including return instructions and shipping address, within 2–3 business days.
3. Return Shipping & Requirements

We cover return shipping for faulty or incorrect items.

For other returns, customers are responsible for return shipping and must use a trackable method.

All cables, manuals, and accessories

Barcode and labels intact

Returns that arrive damaged or incomplete may be declined.
4. Refunds

Processing Time: Refunds are issued within 7–14 business days after the returned product has been received and inspected.

Partial Refunds: If the product is returned in a non-resalable condition or is missing parts, only a partial refund may be issued.
5. Exchanges
We do not process direct exchanges. If you wish to replace an item, please request a return and place a new order.
6. Non-Returnable Items
