1. Return Eligibility

  • Faulty or Damaged Products: If your product is faulty or damaged, contact us within 7 days of receiving your order. We will arrange a replacement or refund.

  • Incorrect Products: If the product you received does not match your order, notify us within 7 days for a resolution.

  • Change of Mind: We do not accept returns for change of mind or incorrect orders unless the product is faulty or damaged.

2. How to Request a Return

To initiate a return, email us at customerservice@curatecollections.com with the following details:

  • Order number
  • Photos of the product (showing damage or incorrect items)
  • A brief description of the issue

We will review your request and provide instructions for the return.

3. Return Process

Once your return is approved, follow the instructions provided. Please note:

  • Return Shipping Costs: Return shipping is the customer’s responsibility unless the product is faulty or incorrect. Please return the item in its original packaging to avoid damage.

  • Return Shipping Address: Returns should be sent to the address provided upon approval.

4. Refunds

  • Processing Time: Refunds will be processed within 7–14 business days once the return is received and inspected.

  • Refund Eligibility: Refunds are processed for faulty or incorrect items. For other returns, a partial refund may apply, depending on the product's condition.

5. Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges. If you wish to exchange an item, please return it for a refund and place a new order.

6. Non-Refundable Items

The following items are not eligible for returns or refunds:

  • Used or altered products
  • Products not in original condition or packaging

7. Supplier-Specific Policies

  • Calasca: Returns for faulty or damaged items are accepted within 7 days of delivery. Please contact us for assistance.

  • Syntech: Returns for faulty or incorrect items are accepted within 7 days. We will assist you in coordinating with Syntech.

  • Espriso: If you receive a defective item or have an issue with the device, contact us immediately at customerservice@curatecollections.com. Upon receipt of the returned product, we will examine it and notify you via email within a reasonable period whether you are entitled to a refund or replacement. If eligible, we will replace the product or refund the purchase price using the original payment method.
