NATIONAL DELIVERY COVERAGE

Curate Co. currently offers delivery to all locations within South Africa. We do not offer international shipping at this time.


SHIPPING COSTS

We aim to make shipping simple and predictable:

  • Small to medium-sized items: Flat rate of R99.
  • Large or bulky items (e.g., furniture, patio sets): Flat rate of R450.
  • Free Nationwide Delivery for all orders over R500.

These rates ensure a transparent and hassle-free checkout experience with no hidden charges. The applicable shipping fee will be confirmed at checkout.


PROMOTIONS & FREE SHIPPING

We regularly offer promotions that may include free shipping. These offers will be communicated via our website or through email notifications.
Currently, we are pleased to offer Free Nationwide Delivery for all orders over R500.


DELIVERY PROCESSING TIME

All orders are processed within 5-7 business days. Once processed, your order will be handed over to our courier for delivery. Please note that orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or public holidays.

If we experience a high volume of orders, processing and delivery may be delayed by a few extra days. Should there be any significant delays, we will inform you via email or telephone.


POSSIBLE DELIVERY DELAYS

While we strive for timely deliveries, certain circumstances beyond our control, such as severe weather, strikes, or disruptions in transportation, may cause delays. Unfortunately, we cannot offer shipping refunds in these situations.
